BioHealth Management, LLC is a commercial strategy and business development consulting firm based just outside Boston, Massachusetts. The group serves the strategic needs of life sciences organizations for the development and commercialization of innovations. BioHealth offers clients multiple levels of virtual senior management support. The team manages diverse processes that encompass development, pre-clinical to IND, as well as in-licensing/out-licensing, and board management. The company serves privately held and publicly traded organizations. Members of Biohealth are actively involved in financing and work closely with venture capitalists and investment banks, translating their criteria for investment to their clients. BioHealth’s members have all held senior management positions in science and business at major biopharmaceutical companies including Genzyme and Millennium Pharmaceuticals. BioHealth was founded in 1994 and has built its reputation on the basis of strong analytical capabilities coupled with a solid foundation of industry knowledge and experience.

Nancy Levy, Ph.D. the founder and managing partner of BioHealth Management, LLC is a strategic and tactical commercial development consultant. She has extensive start-up and later stage experience, in corporate strategy and business development, in-licensing/out-licensing and board management both in the USA and Europe. She has a strong business-building track record and a demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategies to build value. She has built a solid reputation on her broad biopharmaceutical experience base and deep industry knowledge, combined with a strong technical background. Nancy has worked with a wide range of clients, from pre-IPO to mid-market companies, and from venture capitalists to investment bankers.
