Corporate strategy
The basis of our strategic framework is the customer, what they want and how much is it worth to them. Once that is defined the rest of the strategy follows. We supply and implement well-thought-out strategic plans that are flexible enough to meet the challenges of development today and address the ever-changing market. The business is analyzed in relation to its competitors and the business environment — we create and implement plans to dominate the competition. We apply broad industry experience and expertise to commercialize the scientific opportunity. We investigate and align corporate, business and scientific goals and match the financial plan with the financial needs, often investigating alternative financing vehicles.

Product Development
We translate scientific opportunities into commercial products based on the needs of the market. We define the best commercial application for the product, what are the detailed steps along the path to regulatory approval and where is the optimal place to conduct the development plan. The pre-clinical and clinical development plans are framed from a project management perspective. A business and market focus is over-laid on the development plan to investigate ways the plan can best meet the needs of the company and its investors. Thought leaders are employed as needed to justify the assumptions. We participate as team members to achieve the timeline and corporate goals.

Partnering
Biopharmaceutical deals can be a win for both sides, providing stability, cash and platform validation for a biotech company while revitalizing the portfolio of large drug companies. It is a core component of both biotech and pharmaceutical business strategy, allowing access to promising new and emerging technologies. We have long-term relationships with many of these potential partners and understand how they evaluate opportunities. We have significant experience designing the materials necessary for introductions to partners. Because of our experience base, we have an understanding of which companies will be interested in a new opportunity.

Sales and Marketing
The business goal is to commercialize a technology or a service. We define the optimal customer and optimal distribution path for the product or service. We understand the importance of the customer and often use their in-put to help make decisions on the sales and marketing efforts.
